When can I expect to receive my order?
We process your order with 24- 48 hours, after receiving cleared payment. We use UPS and DHL for delivery. Depending on your zone, It can take between 10 - 14 days for your package(s) to arrive.

Can you send my order with RUSH delivery?
Yes, For an addtional charge your order can have a RUSH delivery.

Can you ship your products outside the United States?
Yes, We can ship to Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Your order will be shipped airmail at an additional cost.

Do you sell catalogs?
Yes, We have a variety of catalogs. Our "World Products" carries the largest amount of products. This catalog has over 370 full color pages. This is perfect for the person who likes to browse at there leisure!

Can I purchase an item and have you send it to my family out of state?
Of course! All you need to do, is to fill out the shipping address in the name and address of the person you would like us to send it to.
